Overview

The Loan Servicing Specialist (Callback) will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of the loan boarding and file maintenance to core system and other programs/systems; recognition of errors and issues: recommendations for process changes or enhancements to boarding and/or file maintenance processes; tracking and monitoring errors; providing feedback to managers for improvements with processes pertaining to direct input to systems.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors quality of loan boarding, file maintenance, and other direct input to core and other systems by performing daily callback; monitors compliance with state and federal laws and regulations and the Bank’s Loan Servicing and Operations policies and procedures.
  • Participates in identifying recurring errors, issues, or compliance patterns in boarding.
  • Participate in achievement of Service Level Standards, risk management, quality control, and adherence to policy and procedure.
  • Offer support where assistance is needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA) or equivalent from a four (4) year college or university OR two (2) or more years related experience.
    • Work related experience should consist of relevant experience in the financial industry with emphasis in loan servicing, operations, or a combination.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with limited supervisor while performing duties.
  • Computer skills required to meet position requirements; Microsoft Word, Excel, etc
