The Product Manager is reponsible for managing the complete lifecycle of the assigned suite of banking products.   Assists the Sales Management and Operations Management in executing all phases the product life cycle from product concept, business case development, product development and product introduction, through marketing, performance management, measurement, compliance and reporting phases.  Serves as liaison on behalf of the unit to operations, technology, marketing and management teams.   Coordinates efforts  and is responsible for change management tracking and problem solving on new and existing products.



  • Product performance management - Develop and manage the analysis and reporting of key product metrics including volumes, pricing, trends, profitability, service quality and all other key measurement throughout all cycles of the product life.
  • Product Development - Assessing market needs, building business cases for new product concepts and enhancements, designing and developing new products, ensuring product comply with policy and applicable regulations, and creating and reporting management metrics for assigned products.
  • Participate as a member of the product team. Fully engage in the product development process, adhere to project management and product management communication standards.
  • Constantly strive to make a difference in the market, with particular focus on meeting customers’ needs.  Stay well-connected to the lines of business and their respective client bases through periodic participation in Sales meetings and in actual client sales calls. 


  • Bachelor Degree and 5 or more years of Banking / Financial Services industry experience, or high school diploma and 8 years or more of Banking / Financial Services industry experience
  • 3 or more  years of direct experience in financial services product management to include digital channels
  • Conceptual / strategic aptitude required
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaborative skills required
  • Prior experience with systems engineering preferred, with ability to conceptualize systems and transaction flows required
  • Ability to travel overnight as required
