The Treasury Services Verification Lead’s primary responsibility is to work with Treasury Services Processing Team to ensure accurate and timely verification of completed client profiles for on-line products and services. Provides support and leadership within the group to ensure policies and procedures are followed and SLA deadlines are met daily. Works closely with Treasury Services Processing Lead on resolving any discrepancies, issues and errors found during verification process for timely and accurate resolution.


This position will supervise 1-5 employees.


  • Monitors receipt of data verification packets from Processing team which consists of all source documentation pertaining to New Client and all Treasury Management product setup.
  • Provides support to Verification team to ensure verification of profiles is completed in a timely manner and database is updated accordingly upon completion.
  • Assists with issues encountered during Data Verification and work with Processing Lead for any corrections needed.
  • Assist internal clients with account research.
  • Maintains current and comprehensive knowledge of Treasury products and services, provides training to ensure team is proficient in all product knowledge.
  • Ensures timely and appropriate solutions for problems or issues and escalates to supervisor as necessary.
  • Monitors document imaging functions pertaining to documents/packets received for data verification are done on a regular basis for retention.
  • Assist Supervisor with any reporting and Audit requests received.
  • Approves teams time cards, establishes annual goals for team members and provides input for reviews to supervisor.
  • All other duties as assigned.


  • High-school degree or equivalent required; 2 year degree preferred.
  • One (1) to three (3) years of Banking and Financial services experience required. 
  • One (1) to three (3) years of customer service experience required.
  • One (1) to three (3) years of data entry and verification experience required.
  • Experience supervising a team of 1-5 employees preferred.
  • Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills required.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to meet deadlines based on business needs.
  • Intermediate skills in personal computer operation: Microsoft Office products required.
