The following work activities require an experienced Analyst with an attention to detail who can assist with the following: Managing content stored in shared folders and files, and Service Request ticketing system (ServiceNow).
- Managing content stored in shared folders and files, and Service Request ticketing system (ServiceNow).
- Sorting service requests and document repository files to organize information, prepare periodic reporting and analysis, and develop efficient work plans.
- Setting up and managing information spreadsheets to identify priority requests, develop metric and trending reports, and gain workflow efficiencies.
- Accurately recording and documenting information related to endpoint assets, lifecycle records (procurement and decommission), user asset assignments.
- Working with IT Operations team to manage and organize the structure of files/folders and develop/refine workflows and resource allocations.
