The position of Cash Vault Representative is responsible for performing routine duties related to the set up and administration of all of the bank’s “safe” customers. This position will require the incumbent to communicate with the customer and the armored carriers to make sure vaults are open in outside locations to ensure the vaults have cash. This position also will require the incumbent to work with general ledger entries to insure the accounts balance. Responsible for range of daily operations activities. May include new set-up, processing, imaging, account reconciliation, item processing, error resolution, returns, and disputes.

Assures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as, all applicable state and federal banking regulations


  • Pulls the daily Wells Fargo Bank (WFB) CEO portal report and verify everything posted accurately and no corrections are necessary.
  • Responsible to contact WFB and customer to insure corrections are provided in a timely manner.
  • Provide research for clients whose accounting department may contact the bank to confirm out of state locations.
  • Receive Brinks and Loomis upload file daily and confirm all deposits have posted.
  • Print files and scan items to Accounting to insure the GL account balances.
  • Reconcile GL from Loomis Direct and Brinks.
  • Daily monitor cash compartments to ensure sufficient funds on hand to fill orders.
  • Test files for new clients.
  • Request branch process deposit adjustments discovered.
  • Troubleshoot between customer and armored carrier.
  • Ability to speak, listen, see (with or without correction).


Incumbent should have a high school diploma general education degree (GED); and two (2) or more years of related experience and/or education and training. Work related experience should consist of financial institution reconcilement of accounts and customer service background. Educational experience, through in-house training sessions, formal school or financial industry related curriculum, should be business or financial industry related.  Ability to function in a typical office environment, engaging in activities such as writing, typing, walking, standing, speaking, listening, lifting (up to 25 pounds), carrying, reaching, kneeling.
