The position of Loan Officer is responsible for negotiating, underwriting and coordinating the closing of Commercial Real Estate, Equipment, SBA, and Business Loans in compliance with the Bank’s lending policies and procedures.
The positions of Loan Officer is responsible for managing relationships, including business checking and deposit relationships; and promote business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services. More experienced Loan Officers assist in attaining established Bank, region and branch goals through active participation in sales management and officer call programs.
Assures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as, all applicable state and federal banking regulations. Develops credit studies and requests credit approvals from Chief Credit Officer, Executive Management and Credit Committees.
