The ACH Processing Supervisor is responsible for the management of all daily ACH processing activity including Positive Pay for the Bank. The Supervisor’s primary focus is on ensuring that the ACH Processing team meets service level standards (customer service; turn-around time; risk management and regulatory compliance; day to day processing and balancing activities, audit soundness; and productivity and efficiency). Monitors workflow processes to ensure ACH Operations run smoothly and efficiently, ensuring all work is completed timely within established daily deadlines. Provides technical, functional, and operational support and serves as a point of escalation to ensure successful ACH Operations.
The Supervisor is also tasked with improving operational processes to mitigate identified risk concerns, increase efficiencies, and enhance the functionality and ease of use. Foster good working relationships with leaders in partner departments including Treasury Management Operations, Treasury Management Support, Product Office, IT, Treasury Management Sales, AAB and other internal support groups, and third-party services.
The ACH Processing Supervisor typically directs a small to medium-sized team of employees (2-12), including two or more team lead(s).
