  • Overview

    Identifying and providing sales and customer support in the community association industry for Alliance Association Bank, by performing industry research, cold calling, networking at industry events, active participation in CAI and various industry events, attending trade shows, marketing-mass mailings/emails.  Management reporting and accounting.  Resposbile for serving the Greater Los Angeles Area.

    Responsibilities

    • Active community and association participation
    • Sales of HOA services including but not limited to Deposits, Loans and other Products
    • Support existing client and new client base
    • Liaison between the new accounts/operations functions and client for bank transition
    • Work closely with underwriters to process loan packages
    • Troubleshoot lockbox and/or other banking issues

    Qualifications

     

    • Three (3) years of Banking or HOA/Community association experience Required - HOA/Community association industry experience preferred
    • High School graduation or GED Required
    • Degree from an accredited college/community college in (Finance or Business Management) preferred.
    • Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory
