  • Overview

    The Identity and Access Administrator will work on a team, monitoring a queue or mailbox for incoming access requests and use various administrative tools to provision the requested access. Troubleshoot issues with user access. Create and manage access reviews for managers and entitlement owners on a periodic basis. Field calls with questions and issues, and proactively reach out to help them complete their reviews.

    Responsibilities

    • Provision accounts and enable access entitlements for internal bank users in response to security access requests
    • Monitor a work queue or mailbox and respond to access requests and follow specific security protocols for the handing of confidential information
    • Troubleshoot application access related issues with users and SMEs
    • Create and manage access reviews, following up with users to complete their review
    • Learn the administrative interface and underlying entitlement data for all administered applications
    • Run reports on metrics and utilization for the access administration function

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred 
    • 1-3 years of general IT experience is required
    • 1-3 years of IT Help-desk experience is preferred
    • Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products is required
    • Basic knowledge of Banking & Financial Services is preferred 
    • Ability to clearly communicate complex procedures involving multiple applications and ability to handle confidential information is required.
