We are currently seeking an Escrow & Payment Services (EPS) Sales Manager that will be part of launching a Best-in-Class business. The EPS product offering will support M&A activity, Private Placements / Subscriptions, Gov’t Contract Services, Construction Retention Projects and other related transaction types. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience coupled with a track record of proven success, excellent sales abilities, and superior communication skills. We are looking for a candidate who is successful at interfacing with all levels of management and understands the value of true collaboration, has high energy and maintains an optimistic view, even in challenging environments. The ideal candidate will motivate a team of professionals, leads by example, and excels at turning challenges into wins.
This is a high visibility executive role at the SVP level, reporting into the president of the business. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to collaborate and compromise with Western Alliance Bank's (WAB) shared services professionals (Legal, Compliance, Operations, Relationship Management, Technology, Audit, and Risk) to achieve our business strategy.
The Sales Manager is responsible for growing sales, revenue, and market share through recruiting, training and developing a strong and highly motivated national sales team. The Sales Manager will work closely with other EPS executive team members to design a state of the art offering.
Establishes team and individual goals aligned with the overall business targets.
Conducts standing sales meetings, one on one coaching sessions, in field training and mentoring.
