  • Overview

    Provide support to the Regional Manager by servicing a variety of banking clients and assisting departments to resolve customer issues and following up with the Relationship Manager, Loan Officer or Regional Manager to ensure issues are resolved and customer is ultimately satisfied with the end result. Assist with account analysis, service charge waiver, e-deposit and ACH renewals.  Is responsible and manage several reports that are completed for executive management.   

    Responsibilities

    • Provides research on loan and deposit prospects as needed
    • Tracks deposit and loan opportunities in the CRM platform; builds pipelines
    • Provides management and business development officers with sales leads and recommendations based on industry research
    • Uses lead generation system to provide bank introduction to prospects
    • Completes periodic deposit projections; reports on budget tracking
    • Provides daily guidance to the department in the areas of deposits and account servicing
    • Works directly with customers on issues and resolves issues pertaining to their accounts
    • Provides excellent customer service and represents the bank in a professional and responsible manner
    • Adheres to compliance, security, state and Federal regulations, bank policies, procedures and goals
    • Gathers information pertaining to loan package and coordinates submission to the underwriting and document areas
    • May accompany Officers on customer calls and interviews to obtain an understanding of the business relationship/loan request as a means to providing assistance to the Officer in developing strategies to most effectively meet the needs of the customer
    • Provides research on loan and deposit accounts as needed
    • Completes E-Deposit and ACH renewals
    • May assist in setting-up new accounts

    Qualifications

    • Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of experience in banking, deposits, account servicing or other directly related experience. 5 years or more experience is preferred.  College degree preferred.
    • Proficient knowledge of branch operations, deposits, new accounts, banking principles and policies.
    • Experience in loan processing/servicing preferred.
    • Working knowledge of various word processing and spreadsheet software.
    • Must have excellent customer service and communications skills.
    • Ability to work with relationship managers, loan officers, regional manager and clients as needed.
