The Implementation System Support Specialist assists in the setup of new clients and helps manage various IT projects that fall within the scope of the HOA Operations department. The Implementation System Support Specialist is responsible for the complete transition of new clients to Alliance Association Bank. This includes setting up new clients and providing training on online banking, remote deposit, lockbox, and ACH. The Implementation System Support Specialist handles a wide variety of projects with respect to the technology. Projects include, but are not limited to bank wide projects that would have impact to our operations department or customers as well as assisting lockbox clients with the software file generation from our SFTP site to their accounting software and the generation of files from the customers software to the SFTP site for lockbox operations
