This Disaster Recovery Planning Analyst is responsible for assisting in the development, deployment, systems administration, and day-to-day relationship management of the bank's business continuity and process disaster recovery planning strategy program.

The Application DBA will be an integral member of the Enterprise Business Intelligence team. Responsibilities include database design, development, and procedural programming as well as ETL design and development. Creating and maintaining diagrams and other documentation will be critical for both support and new development. The DBA will work with technical and non-technical users so communication is key and being able to speak at a functional level or a technical level is a necessary skill for success in the role.
Partnering with the support team, the MS Core Services/Azure Engineer will lead efforts to optimize, harden, and improve the bank’s IT Infrastructure. Primary focus includes Microsoft Windows Server domain services, and a VMWare based data center. This role will work closely with an outsourced IT staff to steer operation efforts and validate vendor practices for maximum security and reliability. The Engineer will directly influence and be involved in identifying, prioritizing, and resolving any issues that may impact business operations. In addition, the Engineer proactively seeks to communicate solutions to network and server related issues and recommends technologies that can be used to improve the overall health of the company network systems. Some travel is possible to California, Nevada and Arizona.
The Security Risk & Compliance Analyst supports and conducts ongoing security, risk and compliance activities including conducting risk assessments against relevant industry best practices/frameworks (i.e., COSO, ISO, NIST, COBIT) and regulatory requirements (i.e., SOX, PCI-DSS, GLBA, etc.); managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) events, interfacing with resource managers, and escalating events; assessing security risks associated with third party products and services; developing and reporting key risk indicators to senior leadership; and working with control owners to understand, prioritize, and address security risks impacting the Company.
Additionally, this role is responsible for working across security teams evolving, refining and enhancing the DLP program, revising security policies/procedures and maintaining security education and awareness programs, including cybersecurity related topics. The role works closely with security compliance and monitoring teams to identify, prioritize, remediate, and report on security risks, related controls, and initiatives.
