The Senior Business Project Manager-Contractor directs, plans, designs, and implements large and complex business projects in assigned area(s) of responsibility; manages the quality, scope, schedule, and budget related to assigned project(s) or project elements to support business initiatives. Coordinates with other departments for shared resources and scheduling. Assists the Business Program Director with general supervision of project managers in IT.
Partnering with the support team, the MS Core Services Engineer will lead efforts to optimize, harden, and improve the bank’s IT Infrastructure. Primary focus includes Microsoft Windows Server domain services, and a VMWare based data center.
This role will work closely with an outsourced IT staff to steer operation efforts and validate vendor practices for maximum security and reliability. The Engineer will directly influence and be involved in identifying, prioritizing, and resolving any issues that may impact business operations. In addition, the Engineer proactively seeks to communicate solutions to network and server related issues and recommends technologies that can be used to improve the overall health of the company network systems.
Some travel is possible to California, Nevada and Arizona.

The Senior Application DBA will be an integral member of the Enterprise Business Intelligence team. Responsibilities include database design, development, and procedural programming as well as ETL design and development. Creating and maintaining diagrams and other documentation will be critical for both support and new development. The DBA will work with technical and non-technical users so communication is key and being able to speak at a functional level or a technical level is a necessary skill for success in the role.
The Vendor Management Analyst is responsible for overseeing and facilitating adherence by several vendors to the Corporate Vendor Management Policy. Provide basic support to the vendor management process, including vendor evaluations, selection, auditing vendor documents, compliance with government regulator directives, and performance monitoring. Participate in cross functional teams regarding basic vendor management sourcing events, bids and proposals. Assist with monitoring vendor compliance with federal regulations regarding technology, security, operations and data protection. Ensure accurate vendor risk ratings are completed on a regular basis and collect, validate and store all required vendor artifacts and documentation per contractual requirements. Assist with researching potential new vendors to ensure financial viability and mitigate risk. Create purchase orders, and perform vendor invoice review, validation and processing.
The End User Services Supervisor reports to the VP, IT Operations/End User Services (EUS) Manager and is responsible for EUS Team Task and Project coordination and delegation of assignments including, but not limited to: equipment procurement and supply management; asset tracking and management; Enterprise Audio Visual management and vendor coordination; Enterprise Print and Fax management; Executive support and facilitation of activities with IT Technician team; coordination and communication of special events and meetings; Enterprise Facilities logistics and technical task coordination and completion. Additionally, the position supports and engages directly with the Network Operations Center (NOC) group (also reporting up to the VP, IT Operations) for: daily Monitoring and Alerting; Incident escalation; vendor support facilitation and ticket tracking; design and solution development; exception processing and error handling; DR/BCP coordination.
The End User Services Supervisor additionally coordinates and facilitates task-oriented and time sensitive activities between the business and technology project teams, as well as communicates business strategy and requirements to ensure that objectives are met and schedules adhered to. By following Project Management processes and aligning technology and business requirements, all vital aspects of a technology-integrated project involving the EUS team will be comprehensively managed. Key focus areas include, but are not limited to: identification of interdependencies; creation and coordination of schedules and timelines; communication of assigned project task status and activity updates; participation in Post-Implementation review and documentation.
